Sarah Dunaway - Kinesiologist
Born and raised in California, Sarah’s passion for health and wellness began at an early age. Always involved in a multitude of sports, both competitive and recreational, Sarah found her niche in track and field. Her hard work on the track and off led her to the University of Northern Colorado where she studied Sports and Exercise Science for her first year of college. Her track and field career was cut short due to an injury, so she found herself back in California where she decided to finish up her education at California State University of San Marcos with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology. With an insatiable desire to become an Occupational Therapist for children with special needs, Sarah continues to work as an Instructional Assistant for the Temecula Valley Unified School District and for the Center for Autism and Related Disorders where she has earned her Board-Certified Autism Technician certification. Her dedication and desire to the health sciences is fulfilled when she has the opportunity to help optimize the overall health and wellness of others using holistic methods such as proper fitness techniques and functional nutrition plans.
